Total cell lysates from HEp-2 (Lane 1) and MIA PaCa-2 (Lane 2) cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-Human EGFR-UNLB (Cat. No. 99-728). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-HRP secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
