PfDHODH-IN-1 is an inhibitor of Plasmodium falciparum dihydroorotate dehydrogenase(PfDHODH) which catalyzes the rate-limiting step for DNA and RNA biosynthesis. PfDHODH-IN-1 has antimalarial activity.
