Bioactivity:
BD1008 dihydrobromide is a selective antagonist of the sigma 1 (σ1) receptor (Ki = 2 nM). BD1008 dihydrobromide have high affinity for sigma1 receptors, moderate affinity for sigma2 receptors. BD1008 dihydrobromide attenuate the toxicity and stimulant effects of cocaine through antagonism of sigma receptors[1].
