Bioactivity:
Suprafenacine is a cell-permeable microtubule destabilizer that induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in G2/M phase. Suprafenacine binds to microtubules and inhibits aggregation at the colchicine junction. Suprafenacine is selective for cancer cells, including drug-resistant cancer cells.
