IFN alpha-IFNAR-IN-1 hydrochloride is an inhibitor of the interaction between IFN-α and IFNAR. IFN alpha-IFNAR-IN-1 hydrochloride inhibits MVA-induced IFN-α responses by BM-pDCs with IC50 of 2-8 μM.
