Bioactivity:
Nicotredole (Tryptamide) is an orally active analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. Nicotredole exhibits evident anti-inflammatory effects of potency comparable with Phenylbutazone. Nicotredole has only weak ulcerogenic activity.
