Flunarizine is a non-selective calcium entry blocker and a histamine H1 receptor blocker. It is effective in the prophylaxis of migraine, occlusive peripheral vascular disease, vertigo of central and peripheral origin, and as an adjuvant in the therapy of epilepsy.
