Bioactivity:
ZK-95962 is an agonist gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor. ZK-95962 had selective effects on releasing exploratory locomotor activity suppressed by footshock (punished crossings). ZK-95962 had weak effects on the measures of anxiolytic activity. The feelings of uneasiness and myoclonic jerks, provoked by photostimulation, were also abolished by ZK-95962.
