Bioactivity:
AY 77 is a potent PAR2 biased agonist. AY 77 exhibits bias for Ca2+over ERK1/2 signaling (EC50values are 40 nM for Ca2+release versus 2 μM for ERK1/2 phosphorylation). Shows selectivity for PAR2 over PAR1. Promotes migration of human breast cancer cellsin vitro.
