Manganese(salen) chloride (EUK-8) is a superoxide dismutase and catalase mimetic. Manganese(salen) chloride (EUK-8) is an antioxidant with oxyradical scavenging properties. Manganese(salen) chloride ameliorates acute lung injury in endotoxemic swine.
