Bioactivity:
Rupintrivirvr is an effective and irreversible inhibitor of human rhinovirus 3C protease. Rupintrivirvr inhibits replication of a panel of 48 different HRV serotypes in H1-HeLA and MRC-5 cell protection assays (EC50: 0.023 μM). Rupintrivirvr displays the immune-modulatory effect.
