Description:
HUVEC were transduced with GFP-expressing lentiviral particles at passage 1. Hygromycin resistant HUVEC were selected and cryopreserved in a cryoprotectant-containing medium. Each cryovial of GFP HUVEC contains ≥500,000 cells from multiple donors, guaranteed to be ≥70% viable after thawing.
