Bioactivity:
TNP is a cell-permeable inhibitor of IP6K1 and IP3K, with IC 50 values of 0.55 uM and 10.2 uM for IP6K1 and IP3K, respectively. TNP binds to the ATP-binding sites of both enzymes [1].
