Tampramine is a tricyclic antidepressant compound (TCA) that is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor that shows a low affinity for adrenergic, histaminergic and muscarinic receptors. Tampramine is a candidate compound for the treatment of forced swimming test (FST) depression.
