Bioactivity:
SRD5A1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of steroid 5α-reductase type 1 (SRD5A1, IC50 = 1.44 uM). SRD5A1-IN-1 lowers the production of dihydrotestosterone and shows a significant decrease in the SRD5A1 protein expression.
