Bioactivity:
(R)-STU104 is a potent and orally active TAK1-MKK3 interaction inhibitor that can be used in ulcerative colitis research. (R)-STU104 has IC50s of 0.58 uM and 4.0 uM for the phosphorylation of TNF-α and MKK3. (R)-STU104 binds with MKK3 and disrupts the TAK1 phosphorylating MKK3 to suppress the TAK1/MKK3/p38/MnK1/MK2/elF4E signal pathways [1].
