K783-0308 is a potent and selective MNK2 and FLT3 dual inhibitor with IC 50 values of 406 and 680 nM, respectively. K783-0308 promotes the apoptosis and cell cycle arrests in the G0/G1 phase of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell. K783-0308 inhibits the MV-4-11 and MOLM-13 cell growth with IC50 values of 10.4 and 10.5 uM, respectively [1].
