HPK1-IN-17 is a selective and potent inhibitor of HPK1. Hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1) is a member of the MAP4Ks family and was originally cloned from hematopoietic progenitor cells. HPK1-IN-17 can be used to study, prevent or ameliorate diseases or conditions associated with HPK1 activity (e.g., cancer), see patent WO2019238067A1, compound 73 for more information.
