Tau-aggregation and neuroinflammation-IN-1 has anti-inflammatory activity and reduces NO release.Tau-aggregation and neuroinflammation-IN-1 has low cytotoxicity against LSP-stimulated BV2 cells.Tau-aggregation and neuroinflammation-IN-1 reverses okadaic acid-induced memory impairment in rats.
