CBP/p300-IN-15 (compound 13a) is a potent inhibitor of p300 (IC50: 2.5 nM) and CBP (IC50: 28.0 nM). p300-IN-15 inhibits OVCAR-3 cells (EC50: 0.865 uM) and A2780 cells (EC50. 2.71 uM). 2.71 uM). CBP/p300-IN-15 can be used to study ovarian cancer.
