Bioactivity:
COX-2-IN-10 is a potent inhibitor of COX-2. COX-2-IN-10 exhibits inhibitory effects on the production of IL-6, TNF-α and IL-1β. COX-2-IN-10 inhibits PGE2 production in a concentration-dependent manner with an IC50 value of 2.54 uM. COX-2-IN-10 inhibits the expression of iNOS and COX-2 at the mRNA and protein levels. COX-2-IN-10 inhibited the expression of iNOS and COX-2 at the mRNA and protein levels.
