Bioactivity:
Vandetanib trifluoroacetate (D6474 trifluoroacetate) is an orally active and potent VEGFR2/KDR tyrosine kinase inhibitor with an IC50 value of 40 nM. Vandetanib trifluoroacetate also showed inhibition of VEGFR3/FLT4 and EGFR/HER1, with IC50 values of 110 nM and 500 nM respectively.
