Bioactivity:
Antiproliferative against-3 shows a prominent activity against Hela (IC 50 = 0.21 uM), A549 (IC 50 = 0.39 uM), and MCF-7 (IC 50 = 0.33 uM), respectively. Antiproliferative against-3 (comp 33) also dose dependently induces apoptosis by arresting A549 cells at G1 phase .
