Bioactivity:
VEGFR-2/BRAF-IN-1 is a dual VEGFR-2 and BRAF kinases inhibitor with IC 50 values of 0.049, 0.063 and 0.005 uM against VEGFR-2, BRAF V600E and BRAF WT , respectively. VEGFR-2/BRAF-IN-1 induces apoptosis and arrests the cell cycle mainly in the G1/S phase .
