Tubulin/MMP-IN-1 suppresses tubulin polymerization, induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase, leads to reactive oxidative stress (ROS) generation of HepG2 cells, and results in apoptosis by the mitochondrial-dependent apoptotic pathway .
