Bioactivity:
Curcumin D6 (difluoroformylmethane D6) is deuterium-labeled curcumin (Turmeric yellow). Curcumin (Turmeric yellow) is a natural phenolic compound with various pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-proliferative and anti-angiogenic activities. Curcumin is an inhibitor of p300 histone acetyltransferases (HATs), and also shows inhibitory effects on NF-κB and MAPKs.
