Product Description:
Goat anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgG F(ab')2 fragment. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Texas Red.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), rat F(c) or bovine, horse, and human serum proteins.

Lyophilized from 5 mM sodium phosphate, 125 mM NaCl, 50% (v/v) glycerol, pH 7.6 (0.05% (w/v) sodium azide, 10 mg/mL BSA (Immunoglobulin and Protease free))
