Product Description:
Goat anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgA alpha heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
No reaction was observed against rat IgM or rat IgG. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other rat heavy or light chain isotypes.
