Product Description:
Goat anti-horse IgG recognizes horse IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Alkaline Phosphatase.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage Buffer:
In 50 mM Tris-Cl, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM MgCl, 0.1 mM ZnCl2, 50% (v/v) glycerol, pH 8.0 (0.01% sodium azide)
