Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx. 150kDa band observed in Human Adipose lysates (calculated MW of 123kDa according to NP_056107.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FAM62A a band of approx. 120kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Placenta. Recommended concentration: 3.75ug/ml.
