SATB1 antibody can be used for detection of SATB1 by ELISA at 1:62500. SATB1 antibody can be used for detection of SATB1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SATB1 binds to DNA at special AT-rich sequences at nuclear matrix- or scaffold-associated regions. SATB1 was thought to recognize the sugar-phosphate structure of double-stranded DNA.
