Product Description:
Goat anti-rabbit IgG recognizes rabbit IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody was purified using a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated below.
Recommend Dilutions:
ELISA (1:50,000)
Immunohistochemistry (1:1,000-1:5,000)
Western Blot (1:5,000-1:25,000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit serum.
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 0.02 mM potassium phosphate, 0.15 M NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% (w/v) sodium azide).
