Further Information

Additional Names:
ABI3BP, FLJ41743, FLJ41754, NESHBP, TARSH
Application Note:
ABI3BP antibody can be used for detection of ABI3BP by ELISA at 1:62500. ABI3BP antibody can be used for detection of ABI3BP by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ABI3BP contains 2 fibronectin type-III domains. The loss of ABI3BP expression could play a functional role in thyroid tumorigenesis. It also presumably represents a trigger gene for evoking cellular senescence, which has also been suggested to be involved in the prevention of tumorigenesis.
