Applications Description:
PBMC: Add10 ?l of MAB/106 PBMC in 100 ?l PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2o to 8oC. Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. WHOLE BLOOD: Add 10 ?l of MAB/100 ?l of whole blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature (20oC). Lyse the whole blood. Wash once with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturer?s instructions for Lysed Whole Blood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope.
Background:
CD23 antigen is an integral membrane glycoprotein, Mr. 45 kdaltons The CD23 antigen is present on approximately all pre-B lymphocytes, plasma cells CD25 positive Ki-1 cells and HLA-DR. CD23 antigen is also expressed on Lymphoma, T Cell Lymphomas and B-CLLs. CD23 antigen is present on Hodgkin?s and Reed Sternberg cells).
