Further Information
Applications Description:
Antibody can be used for Western blotting (1-5 ?g/ml). Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions.
Background:
GAPDH is constitutively expressed at high levels in almost all tissues and cell lines making it ideal for use as a loading control marker in immunoblots. Independent of its glycolytic activity it is also involved in membrane trafficking in the early secretory pathway.

This product is intended FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY, and FOR TESTS IN VITRO, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures involving humans or animals.
Concentration:
See vial for concentration
Field of Interest:
Signal Transduction
