Further Information

Applications Description:
Antibody can be used for Western blotting (1:1000-1:5000 dilution) and immunofluorescence (1:50 dilution). Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions. Suitable for use against recombinant proteins conjugated to OVA, GST, His tags and other.
Background:
Calreticulin, a Ca2+ chaperone, is an abundant highly conserved calcium binding protein found in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum of eukaryotic cells. This lumen protein can be used to measure the intactness of membrane preparations. It is used as a marker for subcellular fractionation of cells.
Caution:
This product is intended FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY, and FOR TESTS IN VITRO, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures involving humans or animals.
