Further Information
Additional Names:
vanilloid receptor-like protein 1, VRL1, VRL-1, VRL, MGC12549, transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily V, member 2, TRPV2
Application Note:
WB: 1:500 - 1:2000
Background:
This gene encodes an ion channel that is activated by high temperatures above 52 degrees Celsius. The protein may be involved in transduction of high-temperature heat responses in sensory ganglia. It is thought that in other tissues the channel may be activated by stimuli other than heat.
Buffer:
PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
DISCLAIMER:
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. The information provided is a guideline for product use. This product is for research use only.
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 655-764 of human TRPV2 (NP_057197.2).
