Further Information

Additional Names:
GNG1, guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(T) subunit gamma-T1, guanine nucleotide binding protein (G protein), gamma transducing activity polypeptide 1, transducin gamma chain
Application Note:
WB: 1:500 - 1:2000

IF: 1:50 - 1:100
Background:
This gene encodes the gamma subunit of transducin, a guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein) that is found in rod outer segments. Transducin, also known as GMPase, mediates the activation of a cyclic GTP-specific (guanosine monophosphate) phosphodiesterase by rhodopsin.
Buffer:
PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
