Further Information

Additional Names:
HPC12, NACSIN, EH domain-binding protein 1, NPF calponin-like protein, testis tissue sperm-binding protein Li 50e
Application Note:
WB: 1:500 - 1:2000
Background:
This gene encodes an Eps15 homology domain binding protein. The encoded protein may play a role in endocytic trafficking. A single nucleotide polymorphism in this gene is associated with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Buffer:
PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
