Specificity:
IgM Fc5mu. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-mouse serum, human IgM, human serum and human Fc5mu. No reaction was observed against human IgG, human IgA, human Fc, human Fab or human Fab2.
Storage Buffer:
In 0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2 (0.01% (w/v) sodium azide).
