Preparation Method:
Goats were immunized with highly purified human IgM and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was solid phase adsorbed and immunoaffinity purified off a human IgM containing immunosorbent. F(ab')2 fragments were generated by reacting antibody with pepsin and removing Fc fragments and whole IgG.
