Further Information

Application Details :
Western blot: 1:1000,IHC (Paraffin): 1:10-1:50
Application Note:
Titration of the BTK antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Description:
The protein encoded by this gene plays a crucial role in B-cell development. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked agammaglobulinemia type 1, which is an immunodeficiency characterized by the failure to produce mature B lymphocytes, and associated with a failure of Ig heavy chain rearrangement.
Format :
Antigen affinity purified
Formulation :
In 1X PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.09% sodium azide
Immunogen:
A portion of amino acids 27-55 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this BTK antibody.
