Immunofluorescence: 1:25,Western blot: 1:500-1:2000,Flow cytometry: 1:25 (1x10e6 cells),Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:25
Application Note:
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Aspartoacylase antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Description:
ASPA is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of N-acetyl_L-aspartic acid (NAA) to aspartate and acetate. NAA is abundant in the brain where hydrolysis by aspartoacylase is thought to help maintain white matter. This protein is an NAA scavenger in other tissues.
Format :
Purified
Formulation :
In 1X PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.09% sodium azide
Immunogen:
A portion of amino acids 82-110 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the Aspartoacylase antibody.
Limitation:
This Aspartoacylase antibody is available for research use only.
