Additional Names:
Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase PGAM5 mitochondrial, Bcl-XL-binding protein v68, Phosphoglycerate mutase family member 5
Application Note:
PGAM5 (CT) Peptideis used for blocking the activity of thePGAM5 (CT) Antibody
Background:
PGAM5 Antibody: PGAM5 is a central mediator for programmed necrosis induced by TNF and may be a regulator of mitochondrial dynamics. It displays phosphatase activity for serine/threonine residues, dephosphorylates and activates MAP3K5 kinase. It has apparently no phosphoglycerate mutase activity and is a substrate for a KEAP1-dependent ubiquitin ligase complex. It is also contributes to the repression of NFE2L2-dependent gene expression
