<b> Western Blot using anti-IFN gamma antibody D9D10 (</b> Human thymus lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a 15% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the r-chimeric version of D9D10 (24-236) at 0.1 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. Protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected unmodified running size for IFN gamma is 19.3kDa- though the form shown here is likely glycosylated. 24-236 successfully detected IFN gamma in human thymus samples.
