<b> Flow cytometry using the Anti-HVEM antibody HVEM-1B18 ( </b> Paraformaldehyde fixed mouse splenocytes permewith 0.5% Triton were stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (3.0; isotype control- black line) or the r version of HVEM-1B18 (24-588- blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing- the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-r AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

<b> Western Blot using anti-HVEM antibody HMHV-1B18 (</b> Mouse spleen(A)- mouse thymus (B) and mouse lung(C) tissue lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion of HMHV-1B18 (24-588) at 0.01 ug/ml- before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
