The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom 24-316- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. <b> Western Blot using anti-HSPB1 antibody SAIC-23B-22 ( </b> Human heart(A) (0.1ug/ml) and human placenta(B) (0.3ug/ml) tissue lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion of SAIC-23B-22 (24-316)- before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
