<b> Immunofluorescence staining of HeLa cells with anti-RAD23B (SAIC-28B-8 </b> Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells permewith 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric r version of SAIC-28B-8 (24-327) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution)- showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red) and the nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom 24-327- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (3.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

<b> Western Blot using anti-RAD23B antibody SAIC-28B-8 ( </b> Nuclear lysate of MCF7 cells (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion of SAIC-28B-8 (24-327) at 2 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
