Specificity:
This antibody reacts to human MAPK8/MAPK9/MAPK10 only when phosphorylated at Thr183 and Tyr185. There is no cross-reactivity to JNK that is not phosphorylated. This antibody may also react to mouse or rat Phospho- MAPK8/MAPK9/MAPK10 (Thr183/Tyr185) as predicted by immunogen homology.
