Bioactivity:
Chlorcyclizine is used primarily to treat allergy symptoms such as rhinitis, pruritus, and urticaria, and may also be used as an antiemetic. In addition to its antihistamine effects, chlorcyclizine also has some antiserotonergic, anticholinergic, and local anesthetic properties.
